STAY AWAY! I'm writing the review in the room right now after having to take a cold shower. There was NO HOT WATER in the shower because the faucet was broken long ago apparently. Considering the room is more than 400 CAD per night, I can not give anything more than one star. Even the camping ground has hot showers.
Nice hotel and contemporary restaurant. Stayed in the loft room and enjoyed our stay.
I was just going for a walk through waterton, noticed this place, looks really nice with great views.
The front desk did nothing after I complained, and suggested it was normal. Again STAY AWAY!
Around the hotel, there are constructions everywhere, even right in front of our room. I would have expected some apology or redemption, but the receptionist has not even mentioned about this. Apart from this, the rooms are fine.
Big room, nice little patio and a living area. No breakfast. One of the few places with air conditioning, although the air conditioning is a bit noisy. Centrally located very close to the restaurants and shops in town, so no need to drive once checked in. Lobby area is under construction for a restaurant.
